Fresh green meadows, mountain pastures full of colour in autumn, and blue water of lakes and rivers: welcome to Podkarpacie, the region we come from. We started as a small business in the town of Krosno. Today we have offices all over the world. Still, to our hearts the land our first employees could see from their office windows will always remain dearest. This is why we invest in the development of that region and its inhabitants. We help them; we are with them in difficult moments and rejoice over our joint successes. We don't call it charity because we believe that by supporting the development of children and young, talented people we work for our joint success. It is much more than help – it is our best investment.

We organise New Year's balls for children from children's homes and welfare institutions. We like to play together and the balls are a great opportunity for us to get to know our friends better. We invited 150 children to our first ball and we had nearly one thousand guests this year. Santa Claus, a bit late, comes to the ball every year too. The children receive New Year's presents and the institutions get what they wished for in a special letter they sent to the visitor from the faraway North Pole. From his bag, Santa pulls out not only toys but also audio equipment, tents, computers and much more.

We fund scholarships for our most talented friends. We help them finance university courses, language training as well as extracurricular classes. If possible, we give them work in our company – provided they are interested, of course. These are exceptional moments to both them and us – we become closer and closer to each other with time.

We arrange holidays. For children summer should be the most beautiful time of year, a chance to have fun, meet new people and see new places. Not everyone can afford a holiday trip. We try to make it possible for children from institutions we are friends with. Before, we used to go to the mountains together, now we go to the seaside. Wherever we are, we always have a great time. Our summers are always sunny.

We hurry to aid. A friend in need is a friend indeed. We all go through some hard moments when we need the support of other people. We know this, so we don't refuse help to those who need it. We support flood victims. We help our employees in difficult situations in their daily lives. We are close.
